ABOUT THE FOUNDER NIVEDITA KETKAR SAKHAWALKAR
With her dedication and urge for excellence, Nivedita has set up 'NCS &
Associates' (COP No: 24327) with a mission to provide high quality, ethical secretarial, legal & IP services with integrity and professionalism.
Nivedita pursued her Bachelor of Law (B.S.L LL.B) from ILS Law College, Pune and Masters of Law (L.L.M) with Specialization in Innovation, Science, Technology and Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is a certified Associate Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Nivedita brings over 15 years of professional experience spread over numerous fields including secretarial, legal & IP compliance management, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, managing Investor Relations, intellectual property management and advisory. She worked as an Associate Corporate Counsel at Persistent Systems Limited handling the secretarial and legal compliances. Later worked as Assistant Legal and M&A Counsel at Tech Mahindra Limited, handling the Corporate Legal and M&A transactions where she was also a Member of Intellectual Property Rights Specialized Group training the managerial personnel of the company.
Nivedita has a flair and aptitude for teaching and is an expert faculty for various training programs conducted by ICSI, other professional institutions and various business schools. She is also a regular expert faculty at the, leading law and commerce colleges. She is on Board of Studies of multiple prestigious Academic Institutions. Nivedita has also authored articles in premier professional journals, research publications and business magazines.
